Delivery timelines
Most orders leave our Bhopal workshop within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. Door delivery timelines depend on your state:
- Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- UP, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana: 5–8 working days.
- South India, West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha: 7–12 working days.
- North-East and hill districts: 10–18 working days; we coordinate a final-mile dealer whenever possible.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free within 200 km of Bhopal. Beyond that, transport is charged at actuals (typically ₹8–15 per km) and disclosed on your quotation before you confirm. For remote or restricted locations (e.g. Leh, Andaman, North-East hills) please contact us for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp within 48 hours of dispatch along with the logistics partner’s consignment number. Our sales coordinator stays on the thread until the crate reaches your location.
Installation
Our dealer engineers install and demonstrate the machine at no extra cost within the dealer’s territory. For remote or restricted locations (e.g. left-wing affected districts, North-East), please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order — we will route through the nearest authorised engineer.
Remote locations
For Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, and restricted border zones we ship only after a direct phone confirmation — permits and freight differ per district. Delivery is only via the nearest authorised dealer.
Lost or stolen consignments are covered by our in-transit insurance — file a claim via WhatsApp within 48 hours and we handle the rest. See our Return Policy for damage handling.
