All prices on this site are indicative and may vary by dealer, state, subsidy and finance terms. Actual invoicing is done by our authorised dealers. Product specifications may be updated without notice; we guarantee the spec on the invoice and warranty card.
We accept orders only after a sales call or WhatsApp confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse an order where stock is unavailable, shipping is infeasible, or the enquiry appears fraudulent. Payment terms and dispatch timelines are set out in the quotation you receive.
Warranty terms
All K2 machines carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Consumables (blades, belts, filters), wear parts, and damage from misuse, flood, modifications, or unauthorised repair are not covered. Warranty claims must be raised within the warranty period on our official WhatsApp number along with invoice copy and photographs. Further details are printed on the warranty card included with your machine.
Liability
Our liability under any circumstance is limited to the invoice value of the specific machine. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or crop-loss damages. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
You operate agricultural machinery at your own risk. Follow the operator’s manual, wear protective gear, and never run the machine without proper training. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by operator error.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, read with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
